titleOfInvention Poly[alpha-cyanoacrylate] hydrolyzate and preparation method and applicaiton thereof
abstract Provided are a poly[α-cyanoacrylate] hydrolyzate and a preparation method and an application thereof, which belong to the field of pharmaceutical and chemical industry. A key technical solution is as follows: poly[α-cyanoacrylate] hydrolyzate, the chemical formula is: formula (I), R=-CN or -COOH. Poly[2-cyanoacrylic acid] is dispersed in water to form negatively charged microspheres, that is, to obtain blank embolic microspheres, particle size thereof can be adjusted in the micron-scale range, and the microspheres have a deformation function to pass through a blood vessel with specific shape, which can tightly embolize the blood vessel to avoid ectopic embolism caused by falling off; the poly[2-carboxyacrylic acid] can be used for preparing a novel nano medicine carrier, which can improve the curative effect of the carried medicine on diseased tissues, and reduce toxic and side effects of the carried medicine on normal tissues.
