abstract The present invention provides a zirconium-containing alcohol solution including zirconium oxyacetate, a C1-3 carboxylic acid or a C1-3 carboxylate, water, and an alcohol solvent, the zirconium-containing alcohol solution being such that the transmittance for light of a wavelength of 380 nm after heating for 50 hours at a temperature of 40°C is 90-100%.
