abstract |
Provided are a water-soluble composition having high applicability and durability of the cured product and low liquid crystal contamination, and a cured product thereof. The water-soluble composition contains a polyvinyl alcohol (A) having an acetoacetic acid ester group and one or more crosslinking agents (B) selected from the group consisting of zirconium compounds (B1) and titanium compounds (B2). The water-soluble composition also preferably contains an organic acid (C), and the polyvinyl alcohol may be a homopolymer or a copolymer having vinyl alcohol as an essential monomer. |
