Needle-type biosensor |
abstract |
The present invention provides a needle-type biosensor capable of continuous sensing by being combined with an optical measurement scheme, comprising: a microneedle including, at one end to be inserted into the skin, a fluorescent receptor selectively bonded with a specific target material so that the fluorescence thereof changes; and a reader provided to the other end of the microneedle so as to detect the specific target material through the light emitted by the fluorescent receptor. |
