abstract |
Provided are: a dispersion in which powder fall-off during formation of a layer (resin layer) is suppressed, and that is capable of forming a layer (resin layer) having excellent layer (resin layer) properties, such as electrical characteristics; and a method for manufacturing a resin-coated metal foil. A dispersion according to the present invention contains a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer powder, a (meth)acrylic polymer having a glass transition point of 0-120ÂșC, and a liquid dispersion medium, and the tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer is dispersed in the liquid dispersion medium. This dispersion contains 0.1-10 parts by mass of the (meth)acrylic polymer with respect to 100 parts by mass of the tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer. |
