abstract |
Provided is a method for producing a reduced coenzyme Q10 Form II-type crystal with high efficiency. A method for producing a reduced coenzyme Q10 crystal, comprising warming a mixture of a reduced coenzyme Q10 Form I-type crystal and a reduced coenzyme Q10 Form II-type crystal at 32ºC or higher in the presence of a solvent in an amount of 0.001 to 50 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight, i.e., the total amount, of the crystals to increase the content ratio of the reduced coenzyme Q10 Form II-type crystal. The time of the warming is preferably 1 hour or longer and shorter than 14 hours, and the method preferably further includes carrying out a drying treatment at 45ºC or higher after the warming in the presence of the solvent to remove the solvent. |
