METHOD FOR PRODUCING REGENERATED T CELL POPULATION VIA iPS CELLS |
abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a regenerated T cell population via iPS cells, said regenerated T cell population maintaining the genetic diversity of a T cell population before reprogramming and having a tropism to an antigen. The aforesaid method comprises: (1) a step for contacting a T cell population with at least one tumor-associated antigen or a biological tissue containing at least one tumor-associated antigen, said biological tissue being optionally ground or melted, and concentrating a T cell population having a tropism to the tumor-associated antigen; (2) a step for reprogramming the concentrated T cell population into iPS cells and culturing while maintaining the genetic diversity of the concentrated T cell population; and (3) a step for producing a regenerated T cell population from the cultured iPS cells. |
