abstract |
An image capture element comprises: a first electrode 21; a charge storage electrode 24 disposed away from the first electrode 21; a separation electrode disposed away from the first electrode 21 and the charge storage electrode 24 to surround the charge storage electrode 24; a photoelectric conversion layer in contact with the first electrode 21 and formed above the charge storage electrode with an insulating layer interposed therebetween; and a second electrode formed on the photoelectric conversion layer. The separation electrode includes a first separation electrode 31A and a second separation electrode 31B disposed away from the first separation electrode 31A. The first separation electrode 31A is located between the first electrode 21 and the second separation electrode 31B. |
