abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a solid-state imaging device suitable for removing a kTC noise component contained in a signal. [Solution] According to one embodiment, a solid-state imaging device having a photoelectric conversion film, a first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode, and an insulating film is provided. The first electrode is disposed under the photoelectric conversion film. The second electrode is disposed in a direction along the light receiving surface of the photoelectric conversion film with respect to the first electrode, and is disposed below the photoelectric conversion film. The third electrode is disposed in a direction along the light receiving surface of the photoelectric conversion film with respect to the first electrode and the second electrode, and is disposed below the photoelectric conversion film. The insulating film is disposed between the photoelectric conversion film and the first electrode, is disposed between the photoelectric conversion film and the second electrode, and is not disposed between the photoelectric conversion film and the third electrode. .
