abstract | Provided is culture equipment, in which the culture equipment has high operability, and can be simply produced, and the number of microorganisms in a sample can be easily counted. The invention relates to the culture equipment of microorganisms, including (a) an upper member, (b) a lower member having a recess, and (c) a medium ingredient, in which (c) the medium ingredient contains (c1) one or more selected from guar gum and xanthan gum, and (c2) a nutritional ingredient. In the culture equipment, (a) the upper member preferably includes a projection having a shape that can be mutually fitted to the recess of (b) the lower member through (c) the medium ingredient. |
