titleOfInvention Microbe culture sheet
abstract [PROBLEMS] To inject a test solution on a culture layer, and then simply cover the cover sheet, so that the inoculated test solution can be spread well on the culture layer without leaking out of the frame. To provide a microorganism culture sheet. The microorganism culture sheet of the present invention includes a base sheet, a culture layer formed in a predetermined region on the base sheet, and an outer periphery of the culture layer or formed on the culture layer. A frame layer for limiting a range of the test solution to be inoculated on the culture layer; and a cover sheet that covers the surface of the culture layer, and faces the surface of the culture layer of the cover sheet. The surface on the side has a contact angle with respect to water by the sessile drop method of the wettability test method according to JIS R3257 within a range of 50 to 105 °. [Selection] Figure 1
