abstract | The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for three-dimensionally culturing pluripotent stem cells whereby good proliferation properties of the pluripotent stem cells can be maintained even though the frequency of medium replacement is lowered. Provided is a method for three-dimensionally culturing pluripotent stem cells wherein the pluripotent stem cells are cultured in a medium, said medium constantly containing 35 ng/mL or more of basic fibroblast growth factor, until the cell density attains 1.4×106 cells/mL or higher. |
