Compositions comprise repolarizing agents and polarization blockading agents capable of repolarizing M2-macrophages to M1-macrophages in the tumor microenvironment, decreasing M2-macrophages, increasing M1-macrophages and/or increasing sensitivity to chemotherapy in the subject. |
