abstract | Provided is a tire for a two-wheeled vehicle in which wear resistance, dry grip performance, and wet grip performance are balanced to a high degree. A tire for a two-wheeled vehicle provided with a pair of bead sections, a pair of side wall sections, and a tread section joined to both side wall sections, the tread section being divided on the surface thereof in the tire-width direction into five parts by a center section including a tire equatorial plane, a pair of edge sections including tread ends, and a pair of shoulder sections between the center section and the edge sections; wherein the rubber of the center section, the rubber of the shoulder sections, and the rubber of the edge sections contain a rubber component, and with the peak temperature of the loss tangent tanδ of the rubber of the center section denoted by T p-C , the peak temperature of the loss tangent tanδ of the rubber of the shoulder sections denoted by T p-S , and the peak temperature of the loss tangent tanδ of the rubber of the edge sections denoted by T p-E , the values of T p-C , T p-S , and T p-E satisfy the formula: T p-S > T p-E > T p-C (1). |
