The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rubber composition that achieves, at a high degree, tire wet-performance, low-rolling resistance, and steering stability on dry road surfaces. Provided, as the means for solving this problem, is a rubber composition characterized by comprising a rubber constituent (A) including a natural rubber (A1) and a modified conjugated dyne-based copolymer (A2), and a thermoplastic resin (B), wherein: the natural rubber (A1) content ratio in the rubber constituent (A) is at least 30% by mass; and the modified conjugated dyne-based copolymer (A2) has a weight-average molecular weight of 20 × 10 4 to 300 × 10 4 , includes a modified conjugated dyne-based copolymer with a molecular weight of 200 × 10 4 to 500 × 10 4 at 0.25–30% by mass with respect to the total mass of the modified conjugated dyne-based copolymer (A2), and has a contraction factor (g') of less than 0.64. |
