A photocrosslinked hydrogel material. The material is prepared by: dissolving a component A, a photosensitive polymer derivative, in a biocompatible medium to obtain a photosensitive polymer solution A; dissolving a component B, a photoinitiator, in the biocompatible medium to obtain a photoinitiator solution B; dissolving an auxiliary component C, another biocompatible polymer derivative, in the biocompatible medium to obtain a polymer solution C; and uniformly mixing the solution A and the solution B (or adding the solution C) to obtain a hydrogel precursor solution, and irradiating the hydrogel precursor solution with a light source, such that the hydrogel precursor solution is photocrosslinked to form a hydrogel. The hydrogel system features fast photocuring speed, strong tissue adhesion, excellent mechanical properties, good biocompatibility, and excellent clinical operation. The present invention further relates to a kit for the preparation of the hydrogel, as well as applications of the hydrogel material for use in tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and 3D printing and as a carrier for cells, proteins, or drugs. |
