titleOfInvention Method for preparing non-free radical photochemical crosslinking hydrogel material, and product and application thereof
abstract The present invention provides a method for preparing non-free radical photo-crosslinking hydrogel. The method comprises the following steps: dissolve a component A in a biocompatibility medium to obtain a solution A, and dissolve a component B such as a hydrazide, hydroxylamine or primary amine macromolecule derivative in the biocompatibility medium to obtain a solution B; uniformly mix the solution A and the solution B to obtain a hydrogel precursor solution; and when the hydrogel precursor solution is under illumination, an aldehyde group generated by o-nitrobenzyl in the component A in optical excitation and hydrazide, hydroxylamine or a primary amino group in the component B form hydrogel through cross-linking in a manner of respectively forming hydrazone, oxime, or a Schiff base. The present invention further provides a kit used for preparing hydrogel and applications of hydrogel in tissue repairing, beautifying, and serving as a cell, protein, or a drug carrier. According to the present invention, optical in situ gel can be implemented on a tissue surface, and especially, in situ thin glue can be implemented on a wound surface, so the present invention is particularly suitable for tissue repairing and isolation on a clinical wound surface.
