titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for manufacturing chlorine dioxide source
abstract The present invention relates to a technology having two ways of supplying a source of chlorous acid for use in the disinfection or hygiene / purification treatment required because of an environment in which a state of internal hygiene or outside has deteriorated to a poor state, or when a function of disinfecting, sterilizing or eradicating bacteria is required during the food storage or water purification process, thus widening the scope of application by selectively obtaining sources of chlorine dioxide depending on on-site conditions. The present invention relates to a method of supplying a source of chlorine dioxide to obtain chlorine dioxide (ClO 2 ) using a chlorite salt as a starting material, the process being applied to obtain an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide. chlorine dioxide (ClO 2 ) by selection from: an application (lane 1) so that component A comprising liquid silicates and chlorite salts and composition B comprising organic / inorganic acids are separately stored and, if necessary, the components A and B are mixed in order to obtain an aqueous solution containing chlorine dioxide (ClO 2 ); or the application (lane 1) so that an aqueous solution of pure chlorine dioxide (ClO 2 ) does not contain metal salts is obtained by allowing a chlorite salt, which is diluted with water, to pass through a cation exchange resin.
