abstract To provide a chlorine dioxide-containing sterilizing water producing device capable of producing chlorine dioxide-containing sterilizing water having a small variation in chlorine dioxide concentration. The pH measurement means and a bypass pipe liquid feed pump are electrically connected to store a management pH value, the pH value sent from the pH measurement means is compared with the management pH value, and the pH measurement is performed. If there is a difference between the pH value sent from the means and the control pH value, the pH of the aqueous chlorite solution is determined from the difference between the pH value sent from the pH measurement means and the control pH value.
