abstract |
The object of the invention is to avoid the influence of measurement errors from a blood sample in a latex immunoagglutination process. According to the invention, it is possible to reduce measurement errors from a blood sample in the context of a latex immunoagglutination process, by a process in which latex particles supporting a substance with a specific affinity for a substance which is the subject of the measurement are brought into contact with the sample in the presence of an imidazole in a liquid phase. |
