PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a soluble interleukin-2 receptor (hereinafter referred to as sIL-2R) in a simple and highly sensitive sample and a reagent for measurement. SOLUTION: A sample, a first antibody that binds to sIL-2R is bound, an insoluble carrier particle that is not bound to a second antibody that binds to sIL-2R, and a first that binds to sIL-2R. In the sample, wherein two antibodies are bound and insoluble carrier particles not bound by the first antibody that binds to sIL-2R are reacted to measure aggregation caused by the antigen-antibody reaction.
