The invention relates to a curable printing composition having excellent storage stability and a cured product having high adhesion to a substrate; a polymerizable composition for printing; a hardened product; a pattern production method; a lithography process; a pattern; and a mask for lithography. The invention relates to a curable composition for printing, which contains a compound represented by formula (1), a radically polymerizable compound other than the compound represented by formula (1), and a radical photopolymerization initiator. In formula (1), each of R 1 and R 2 independently represents a hydrogen atom or an organic group having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, and R 1 and R 2 may combine with one another to form a cycle ; R 3 represents a monovalent organic group; and each of R 4 and R 5 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group. |
