Moreover, the stem cell or stem cell culture medium-derived exosome has outstanding hair growth and hair restoration effects, and thus exhibits outstanding hair loss prevention and treatment effects. The exosome can be ingested or applied onto the skin without any side-effects, and is thus safe.
