abstract |
Provided are a stable emulsion of a nanometre viscosity-reducing pour point depressant, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The emulsion comprises the following components: (a) a nanometre viscosity-reducing pour point depressant composition or a nanometre viscosity-reducing pour point depressant masterbatch for a crude oil, wherein the nanometre viscosity-reducing pour point depressant composition comprises the following components: (i) an organic macromolecular pour point depressant and (ii) an inorganic nanometre pour point depressant, and the nanometre viscosity-reducing pour point depressant masterbatch for a crude oil is solid particles prepared by melt-blending the above-mentioned nanometre viscosity-reducing pour point depressant composition, optionally a coupling agent and macromolecular processing aids; (b) a water-immiscible organic solvent or a mixture thereof; and (c) a water-soluble organic solvent or a mixture thereof. The stable emulsion has a low condensation point and a high concentration, is used as a pour point depressant for a wax-containing crude oil, and significantly reduces the viscosity, condensation point and yield stress of the crude oil. |
