The present invention relates to a nanoplasmonic biosensor capable of highly selective and sensitive label-free multiplex detection of a disease marker present in blood and a method for detecting a disease marker by using the same. According to the present invention, label-free multiplex detection can be made of miRNA, which is a disease marker present in blood, with high selectivity and sensitivity and thus can find effective applications in the diagnosis and clinical trial of miRNA-related diseases. |
