This method is for measuring glycosylated hemoglobin in a hemoglobin-containing sample and is characterized by: reacting the glycosylated hemoglobin in the hemoglobin-containing sample with an enzyme which catalyzes a reaction of oxidizing the glycosylated hemoglobin to generate hydrogen peroxide, in the presence of at least one anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of N-acyl taurines a hydrogen atom of the amino group of which being optionally substituted with a substituent, alkyl sulfoacetates, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether acetates, N-acyl amino acids a hydrogen atom of the amino group of which being optionally substituted with a substituent, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphates, polyoxyethylene polycyclic phenyl ether phosphates, alkyl phosphates, and salts thereof; and measuring the generated hydrogen peroxide. |
