The present application relates to: an amphiphilic polymer comprising a first block (A) and a second block (B), which is phase separated from the first block (A) and comprises a polymerization unit (B1) of a polymerizable monomer satisfying chemical formula 1 and a polymerization unit (B2) of an acrylic-based or vinyl-based monomer having a homopolymer solubility parameter of less than 10.0 (cal/cm 3 ) 1/2 ; and a preparation method therefor. In addition, the present application relates to micelles comprising the amphiphilic polymer, and a preparation method therefor. The amphiphilic polymer of the present application can have excellent phase dispersion characteristics while effectively encapsulating drugs. |
