abstract The present invention addresses the problem of providing a solid pharmaceutical preparation that is resistant to reductions in the effective ingredient content that are associated with the degradation of rapamycin or a derivative thereof caused by light irradiation, that can ensure a long-term stability, and that has a high storage convenience. It was found in the present invention that a preparation of rapamycin or a derivative thereof having iron oxide dispersed in the preparation could ensure light stability of the effective ingredient, and the present invention was thus achieved. Specifically, the present invention relates to a solid pharmaceutical preparation containing rapamycin or a derivative thereof and iron oxide, wherein the iron oxide is present dispersed in the solid pharmaceutical preparation.
