(57) [Summary] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-stable preparation because alanidipine is easily decomposed by light and decomposes into a photodegradable substance with time. SOLUTION: The addition of titanium oxide and yellow iron sesquioxide stabilizes alanidipine in the preparation. The addition amount of titanium oxide is 131.1 parts by weight based on alanidipine. The addition amount of yellow iron sesquioxide is 10.0 parts by weight based on the active substance. This prevents a decrease in the drug content in the preparation due to light, and improves light stability. |
