[Problem] To provide a protective film formation composition with respect to a basic hydrogen peroxide solution. [Solution] A protective film formation composition with respect to a basic hydrogen peroxide solution, the composition including: a crosslinking agent having within one molecule two or more of at least one selected from the group consisting of glycidyl groups, terminal epoxy groups, epoxy cyclopentyl groups, epoxy cyclohexyl groups, oxetanyl groups, vinyl ether groups, isocyanate groups, and block isocyanate groups; a compound having the group represented in formula (1) in a side chain or a terminal and having a weight-average molecular weight of 800 or more; and an organic solvent. Compound 1: (In the formula, X 1 represents a substituent group that reacts with the crosslinking agent; R 0 represents a direct bond or a C1 or C2 alkylene group; X 2 represents a C1 or C2 alkyl group, a C1 or C2 alkoxy group, or a fluoro group; a represents an integer from 0 to 2; b represents an integer from 1 to 3; c represents an integer from 0 to 4; and b and c satisfy the relational equation 1 ≤ (b + c) ≤ 5.) |
