abstract |
Provided are: a photosensitive resin composition having restrained tackiness and excellent pattern formability, even when a photosensitive layer as thick as 70 μm or more is to be formed; a photosensitive resin film; a method for producing a cured article; a laminate; and an electronic component. The photosensitive resin composition specifically comprises: component (A) that is a high-molecular-weight multimer having a photopolymerizable functional group and a carbon-nitrogen bond; component (B) that is a low-molecular-weight multimer having a photopolymerizable functional group; and component (C) that is a photopolymerization initiator, wherein component (A) contains a high-molecular-weight multimer which has six or more ethylenic unsaturated groups as the photopolymerizable function group, and which has a weight-average molecular weight of 2,500 or more. |
