A resin composition having low-temperature impact resistance and suppressed delamination, containing 100 parts by weight of a resin including carboxyl groups in at least some of the molecular chain ends, 5-80 parts by weight of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, 1-30 parts by weight of an epoxy group-containing silicone elastomer, and 0.01-3 parts by weight of at least one antioxidant selected from the group consisting of hindered phenol compounds, phosphite compounds, phosphonite compounds, and thioether compounds. |
