titleOfInvention Hybrid dielectric barrier discharge electrode using surface discharge and spatial discharge simultaneously
abstract The present invention provides a discharge electrode structure of a dielectric barrier discharge type. The structure comprises: a plate-shaped electric conductor lower electrode; a dielectric layer having a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.1-150 μm formed on the lower electrode; and a plate-shaped electric conductor upper electrode which is in close contact with the dielectric layer by mechanical overlapping by means of fixing rods and has a linear pattern, wherein the dielectric layer is formed by any one process among dipping, spraying, spreading, and thermal spraying and generates ionic active species by having an alternating current or pulse voltage of at most 1,500 V applied thereto.
