abstract | This method for capturing exosomes comprises: mixing a first sample solution containing exosomes including first to third substances to be detected with a first buffer solution containing first particles having a first binding substance which binds with the first substance to be detected; allowing the first binding substance to bind with the first substance to be detected so that a first bound body of an exosome and the first particles is formed; separating the first bound body from the mixture solution of the first sample solution and the first buffer solution, and fixing, on a substrate, a second binding substance which binds with the second substance to be detected; allowing the second binding substance to bind with the second substance to be detected so that first bound body is captured on the substrate; reacting a second buffer solution, which contains second particles having a third binding substance which binds the third substance to be detected, with the first bound body; and allowing the third binding substance to bind with the third substance to be detected so that a second bound body of an exosome and the first and second particles are captured on the substrate. |
