The present invention relates to a method for producing induced pluripotent stem cells by using a synthetic peptide and, more specifically, to a method for producing induced pluripotent stem cells by using a peptide inhibiting the activity of NF-κB and promoting mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET). According to the present invention, the method for producing induced pluripotent stem cells by using a synthetic peptide enables efficient production of pluripotent stem cells in an undifferentiated state under xenopathogen-free or feeder cell-free conditions, which do not require animal serum, co-culturing with heterogeneous cells, or the like, thereby being highly useful in developing clinically applicable stem cell therapeutic agents. |
