abstract |
The invention relates to a whole fermentation broth, a process for the preparation thereof and the use of the whole fermentation broth in enzymatic hydrolysis. An object of the invention is to provide an improved enzyme composition, process of making the enzyme composition and use of the enzyme composition in a process for the preparation of a sugar product and/or a fermentation product from lignocellulosic material. The process is improved by killing filamentous fungal cells with succinic acid. |
