abstract A construction material mixture comprises components substantially free of cement clinker and is produced by mixing a base component with an activator component. The base component comprises water, dissolved components and particles less than 5 mm in diameter, preferably less than 3 mm in diameter, has a thin consistency, contains at least one clay mineral phyllosilicate, at least one latent-hydraulic binder, and at least one aggregate, and either does not set independently or has a setting time which is delayed for at least 48 hours. The activator component is also liquid and contains at least one activator for activating the latent-hydraulic binder.
