titleOfInvention | Monohydroxyphenyl metabolite urine detection reagent and preparation method thereof |
abstract | Disclosed are a monohydroxyphenyl metabolite urine detection reagent and a preparation method thereof. The monohydroxyphenyl metabolites such as tyrosine, p-hydroxy phenylalanine, tryptophan and 5-hydroxy indoleacetic acid can be used as tumour markers. The monohydroxyphenyl metabolite urine detection reagent is a water solution containing nitric acid, sulfuric acid, mercury sulfate, mercurous nitrate, nickel nitrate, phosphomolybdic acid and cobalt sulfate. The preparation method comprises preparing solutions A, B, C, D and E, and mixing. Raw materials of the technical scheme are easily available and cheap, and the preparation process is easy; the obtained reagent is stable in performance, is used for detecting cancers and has the characteristics of strong universality, high sensitivity, good specificity and the like; the detection process is simple, the detection time is short, and the judgment is easy; the reagent is particularly suitable for large-scale mass surveys, the clinical auxiliary diagnosis of cancers and the dynamic examination of the treatment effect. |
