abstract Disclosed is a carbon fiber-reinforced resin composition having excellent properties including strength and an elastic modulus, said composition comprising: 100 parts by mass of a polymer alloy (A) which comprises 25 to 95% by mass of at least one propylene polymer (p) selected from a propylene-ethylene block copolymer, a propylene homopolymer and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer having an ethylene content of 5% by mass or less, 1 to 60% by mass of an acid-modified polyolefin resin (m), 0 to 40% by mass of an ethylene polymer (e) and 0 to 50% by mass of a polyamide (n) [wherein the total amount of the components (p), (m), (e) and (n) is 100% by mass]; and 1 to 200 parts by mass of carbon fibers (B).
