abstract | The present invention provides a carbon fiber reinforced resin composition capable of obtaining CFRP (molded product) having improved physical properties such as rigidity, bending characteristics and impact resistance while maintaining good moldability. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber reinforced resin composition comprising carbon fiber, polyolefin resin, olefin soft resin component and adhesion-imparting agent as essential components, wherein (1) 230 ° C., 21 .MFR when measured at 18 N is 5 to 150 g / 10 min, and (2) the morphology when mixed with polyolefin resin is that polyolefin resin is a continuous phase and olefin soft resin component is a dispersed phase.
