The present invention pertains to an acidic milk drink and a production method therefor, said acidic milk drink: containing milk protein that includes a high concentration of casein; having reduced separation and sedimentation; having low viscosity; and being easy to drink. More specifically, the present invention provides this acidic milk drink characterized by containing: 0.2-1.2 wt% soybean polysaccharides; 0.1-0.5 wt% HM pectin; and 0.01-0.1 wt% fibrous insoluble cellulose. |
