abstract | The present invention relates to a non-stick ceramic coating composition and a heat-cooker coated with the same, wherein a non-stick ceramic coating layer of the heat-cooker is produced using the non-stick ceramic coating composition produced by mixing an inorganic binder and the like with a functional filler having a silicon fluid with non-stick properties impregnated in the pores thereof. In the present invention, the non-stick ceramic composition is produced using a functional filler having a silicone fluid impregnated in the pores thereof to impart non-stick properties, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance thereby being excellent, and the problem of foods being scorched and sticking when heated can be solved. Moreover, compared to an existing non-stick ceramic composition, the loss of the non-stick imparted compound is maximally suppressed when the heat-cooker is heated, and thereby the non-stick properties of the heat-cooker can be maintained for a long time. |
