titleOfInvention Non-stick and easy cleaning ceramic coating agent
abstract The present invention relates to an inorganic coating film containing an active material exhibiting a non-stick and easy cleaning function in an inorganic binder, a metal or plastic substrate used in household goods such as general household appliances or cooking utensils. The present invention relates to an inorganic ceramic coating composition, which is hygienicly good on the surface, harmless to the human body, and can satisfy the physical properties required by the final product by enhancing non-tackiness and easy-to-clean functions.n n n One or more compounds selected from the group consisting of one or more silanes or oligomers derived therefrom from silicon oxide (SiO 2 ) particles of certain micron size and / or oxides and hydroxides of alkali and alkaline earth metals. In the presence of 65 to 78 wt% of the hydrolyzed and condensed inorganic solution in the presence, 10 to 19 wt% of functional fillers to improve the physicochemical properties of the coating film, 1 to 2 wt% of the pigment powder to give color, and photocatalyst function. It provides an inorganic ceramic coating composition obtained by mixing a nano-size titanium oxide 0.5 ~ 10wt%, 2-15wt% of a silicone-based oil polymer that can complement the slip and wear resistance.
