abstract |
This organic CMOS circuit comprises a substrate (10) on which there are formed an N-type organic transistor (34) and a P-type organic transistor (36), said transistors comprising, respectively, a layer of N-type semiconductor material and a layer of P-type semiconductor material. One face of each of the layers of semiconductor material, opposite the substrate (10), is covered with an anti-ultraviolet layer consisting of electrically insulating material that absorbs and/or reflects ultraviolet radiation. |
