Disclosed are new lapatinib salts and polymorphic forms thereof and processes for their preparation. More specifically disclosed are new salts of lapatinib, namely lapatinib salts formed by (1 S )-(+)-camphorsulfonic acid, 2,5 dihydroxy benzoic acid, hydrogen bromide, malonic acid, naphtalene 1,5 disulfonic acid, naphtalene 2 sulfonic acid, nitric acid, citric acid and hydrochloric acid. |
