Electrode, electric double-layer capacitor using same, and electrode manufacturing method |
abstract |
Provided is an electrode having excellent capacitance characteristics, in which carbon powder and fibrous carbon are mixed and the electric resistance is reduced by removing the effects of, for example, a binder in the resin system or other system and a conductive assistant, and also provided are an electric double-layer capacitor using the electrode and an electrode manufacturing method. The electrode manufacturing method comprises: a dispersing step for dispersing carbon powder having a particle diameter of less than 100 nm and fibrous carbon into a solvent; and a sheet formation step for filtering the solution that has undergone the dispersing step to obtain a carbon powder/fibrous carbon sheet. The dispersing step disperses the carbon powder and the fibrous carbon into the solvent by a process for making the injection flows of the solution collide with each other or a process for applying shear stress and centrifugal force to the solution. |
