titleOfInvention Reaction vessel for labeling biological molecule, and reaction apparatus and reaction method each using same
abstract Provided are: a reaction vessel whereby it becomes possible to accelerate the progression of a labeling reaction while keeping the function of a biological molecule and to select a mixing time while taking into account the attenuation of a labeling agent; and a reaction apparatus equipped with the reaction vessel.nA reaction vessel for mixing a first compound that is a biological molecule with a second compound that is a labeling agent. The reaction vessel is equipped with a reaction vessel main body and a lid member so arranged as to face the surface side of the reaction vessel main body, wherein a flow path is formed on the surface of the reaction vessel main body, a labeling agent solidification section for removing a solvent from a solution of the second compound to solidify the second compound is formed in the middle of the flow path, a supply section for the first compound and a supply section for the second compound are formed on the upstream side of the labeling agent solidification section, and the discharge section for the mixture is formed on the downstream side of the labeling agent solidification section. The reaction apparatus is equipped with a liquid supply unit for supplying the first compound and the second compound to the reaction vessel and for supplying a solution of the first compound to the upper part of the second compound solidified in the solidification section while moving back and forth.
