abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hyaluronic acid composition which contains a component having health risks as little as possible.nThe hyaluronic acid composition according to the present invention is a hyaluronic acid composition containing hyaluronic acid (A), fulfills the requirement represented by item (1) mentioned below, and has a ratio of the weight of a hyaluronic acid synthase (B) to the weight of the hyaluronic acid (A) (hyaluronic acid synthase (B)/hyaluronic acid (A)) in the hyaluronic acid composition of 1/100 or less: (1) the total amount of N-acetylgalactosamine and galactosamine in constituent monosaccharides that constitute the hyaluronic acid (A) contained in the hyaluronic acid composition is 5 wt% or less relative to the weight of the hyaluronic acid (A). |
