The present invention provides: a novel human-derived monoclonal antibody which can bind specifically to each of toxins (toxin A and toxin B) produced from Clostridium difficile to exsert an excellent neutralizing activity, and an antigen-binding fragment of the antibody; and a pharmaceutical composition for treating infection with Clostridium difficile , which comprises the antibody or an antigen-binding fragment of the antibody. |
