[Problem] To provide a hydrogel-forming material, premix, and hydrogel formation method that make it possible to form hydrogel using a simpler method at milder temperature conditions (room temperature). [Solution] A hydrogel-forming material comprising: a dispersed phase (A) containing water, a fatty acid salt, and a lipid-peptide compound comprising a compound that is represented by formula (1) or at least one pharmaceutically usable salt of said compound; and a dispersed phase (B) of an acidic water-soluble polymer. (In the formula, R 1 represents an aliphatic group having 9-23 carbon atoms, R 2 represents an alkyl group that has 1-4 carbon atoms and that may have a branched chain of 1 or 2 hydrogen atoms or carbon atoms, R 3 represents a -(CH 2 ) n -X group, n represents a number between 1 and 4, and X represents a fused heterocyclic ring that is configured from a 5-membered ring, a 6-membered ring, or a 5-membered ring and a 6-membered ring that may have 1-3 amino groups, guanidino groups, -CONH 2 groups, or nitrogen atoms.) |
